AddifyPrivacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:
- Your name, email address, and profile picture, as shared by Google.
- Whether you've turned on creator mode, and if so, your Stripe Connect account status (we store the account ID and onboarding status — never your bank details, which Stripe holds directly).
- Anything you upload as a Creator: product listings, images, and files, and their descriptions.
- Order history: what you've bought or sold, and when.
We don't collect or store your payment card details. Stripe processes every payment directly and shares only what we need to fulfill an order (e.g., that a charge succeeded and its amount).
2. How we use it
- To run your account and let you buy or sell on Addify.
- To process payments and payouts through Stripe.
- To deliver the files you've purchased.
- To respond if you contact us for support.
- To keep the platform secure and enforce our Terms of Service.
We don't sell your data, and we don't run ads.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run Addify:
- Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — processes payments and payouts, and handles Connect account verification for Creators.
- Google — provides sign-in (OAuth); we never see or store your Google password.
- Vercel — hosts the website itself.
Each of these providers only receives what they need to do their specific job, and each has their own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in between visits (via Supabase Auth session cookies). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and order history for as long as your account is active, so purchase history and re-downloads keep working. If you want your account and personal data deleted, email us and we'll remove what we can — some order records may be kept longer where we're required to for tax or accounting purposes.
6. Your choices
- You can review and update your profile information any time you're signed in.
- You can ask us what personal data we hold about you.
- You can ask us to delete your account.

7. Children's privacy
Addify isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
8. Security
We rely on Supabase's and Stripe's security infrastructure, access controls (row-level security on our database), and encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout the site. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll update this page with a new date.
