1. What Addify Market is
Addify Market ("Addify," "we," "us") is a marketplace that connects creators who sell Blender addons and assets ("Creators") with people who buy them ("Buyers"). Anyone can hold both roles on the same account — there's no separate buyer or seller account type, just a creator mode you can turn on.
We don't write or maintain the addons sold here. Each listing is the Creator's own work, and Creators are responsible for what they upload and sell.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. By using Addify you confirm the information tied to that account is accurate and that you're old enough, under the laws that apply to you, to enter into these terms and to buy or sell things online.
You're responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has access to it, tell us at hello@addifymarket.com.
3. Selling on Addify
By turning on creator mode and publishing a listing, you confirm that:
- You own the addon or have the rights to sell it, including every asset, script, texture, or third-party component bundled with it.
- It does what your listing says it does, doesn't contain malware, hidden telemetry, or anything designed to damage a buyer's files or system.
- It doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
We review new listings before they go live, and can remove a listing or suspend a creator account at any time if something violates these terms — we'll tell you why, and you can appeal by emailing us.
4. Pricing and fees
Addify takes a flat 12% platform fee on every sale. There are no tiers, no subscription to unlock a lower rate, and no fee we don't show you up front — the same 12% is published on the homepage and shown on every checkout. Payment processing costs charged by Stripe are already folded into that number, not billed separately.
Creators set their own prices. Payouts (88% of each sale) are paid out through your connected Stripe account on Stripe's standard payout schedule.
5. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly, and Creator payouts run through Stripe Connect. By buying or selling on Addify, you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
6. Refunds
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once a file has been delivered, since we can't take back a download the way a physical return works. Exceptions we'll refund:
- The file is significantly different from what the listing described.
- The download is broken, corrupted, or doesn't work at all in the stated Blender version.
- You were charged in error or charged twice.
Email hello@addifymarket.com with your order and what went wrong, and we'll sort it out with you directly.
7. License to use what you buy
Buying an addon gives you a personal license to use it in your own Blender projects, unless the listing states a different license (for example, permission for commercial or studio use). Check the specific listing for its terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload a Creator's files as your own product elsewhere.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload or distribute malware, cracked software, or stolen assets.
- Use the platform to scam, phish, or defraud anyone.
- Attempt to circumvent the platform fee by taking a sale off-platform after connecting through Addify.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the site or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or data.
9. Termination
You can stop using Addify any time. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical. Orders already placed before termination are still honored.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Addify Market is provided "as is." We do our best to review listings and keep the platform running, but we don't guarantee that every addon will be bug-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any addon purchased through it, to the fullest extent the law allows.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. If we make a material change, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use Addify after a change means you accept the update.
